The September 2026 edition of Claude Code from the Ground Up was written against Claude Code v2.1.257 and the documentation snapshot of 2026-09-01. This page lists, newest first, what has changed in Claude Code since then and which chapter it touches. It is updated monthly; the book itself is re-uploaded each quarter.
